2. Scope of the service
Remapdb provides a subscription SaaS platform for vehicle tuning businesses. The service includes a vehicle tuning database, embeddable widgets, quote request tools, SEO and canonical URL tools, branding settings, WordPress plugin support, API access, billing tools, and customer support.
The service is intended for business and professional use. Vehicle information, performance gains, tuning stages, graphs, OEM specifications, and quoted values are informational database outputs. They are not legal, safety, warranty, emissions, engineering, or vehicle compliance advice.
3. Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate account, company, billing, domain, and contact information.
- You are responsible for account credentials, team member access, widget IDs, API keys, embed scripts, and allowed domain settings.
- You must not share API keys publicly, bypass access controls, interfere with security checks, or use another customer's account or widget without permission.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
Plans may include Free, Plus, Pro, API, Max, add-ons, or other subscription packages shown at checkout or in the app. Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing interval unless cancelled or changed.
Payments, checkout, invoices, payment methods, tax calculations, subscription status, and related payment operations may be handled through Stripe. Taxes may be calculated based on your billing profile, country, VAT status, and applicable law.
Plan upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, prorations, deferred schedule changes, and feature availability are handled according to the product rules shown in the app at the time of the change.
5. Widget, API, and domain use
- You may embed Remapdb widgets only on domains you own, control, or are authorized to use.
- You must not bypass domain validation, referrer checks, token validation, rate limits, quotas, API permissions, or security controls.
- You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of customer-facing claims, service descriptions, pricing, dealer selection, dealer locator maps, quote forms, and SEO templates configured in your account.
- API access is plan-gated and may not be scraped, resold, abused, reverse engineered, or used to overload the service.
6. Customer content and quote data
Customer content includes branding, colors, fonts, logos, domains, SEO templates, service settings, custom quote messages, support attachments, and other configuration uploaded or entered into Remapdb.
You must have all rights and permissions needed to use customer content. You must not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or confidential third-party content without authority.
When visitors submit quote requests through your widget, you are responsible for your own customer-facing privacy notices, lawful basis, consent flows where required, and follow-up handling. Remapdb processes quote data to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
7. Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, security issues, infrastructure events, database updates, and force majeure events may affect availability.
Support availability depends on your plan and the support channels made available at the time.
8. Intellectual property
Remapdb, the software, widget scripts, API, documentation, interface, database structure, brand assets, and platform content are owned by or licensed to Remapdb. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the active subscription period.
You retain ownership of your lawful customer content. You grant Remapdb the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and secure that content for the purpose of providing the service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access if there is non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, abuse, excessive load, breach of these terms, or a request from a competent authority.
After termination, widgets, API access, paid features, and related services may stop working. We may retain data where required for legal, tax, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Remapdb is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit, lost revenue, business interruption, loss of goodwill, tuning outcome differences, third-party claims caused by your customer-facing statements, or unlawful use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Remapdb's total liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the competent Bulgarian courts, unless mandatory consumer or data protection law provides otherwise.
If we update these terms, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or by email.
