0:00 Account and subscription settings

The account menu brings your personal settings and subscription together. These controls manage your Remapdb account, while widget settings control the experience on your website.

0:17 Personal information

Personal information keeps your name, phone number, and time zone up to date. Here, the contact details are updated and saved. The saved values remain in the form, and the account name updates in the menu.

0:31 Sign-in email

Change email is for your sign-in address. It requires the new address twice and your current password, followed by email verification. Quote recipients are configured separately in Widget Quoting.

0:43 Company information

Company information records your business name and type. Saving these details keeps your account profile current. The billing address and tax information are managed separately in Billing.

0:55 Your app appearance

Appearance controls the app interface. The theme can be light, dark, or automatic, following your system preference. The language selector lists available app languages. Website widget colors and languages have their own settings.

1:10 Password security

Security is where you change your password. Enter the current password, then the new password twice. The form shows its requirements, and Forgot password opens the recovery process if needed.

1:22 Email preferences

Email preferences let you choose database updates, promotions, new-feature announcements, and feedback requests. Each switch saves its own choice, so you can keep useful updates and turn off the categories you do not want.

1:36 Subscription and renewal

Billing shows your current plan, billing period, renewal date, and total. This account is on Pro monthly. Update subscription opens the available plans.

1:47 Upgrade to Max yearly

Yearly billing shows the annual charge alongside its monthly equivalent. Max combines the widget features and API access. Here, we choose Max with yearly billing.

1:59 Review and confirm the upgrade

Before confirming, the review shows the annual amount, the credit for unused Pro time, and the amount due today. Confirm and pay charges the saved payment method, activates Max immediately, and starts a new yearly billing period.

2:15 Payment method and billing details

The confirmation returns to Billing, with Max and the yearly renewal date. Manage opens the secure billing portal. Wallet contains saved payment methods and the billing profile, including your business address and tax information.

2:31 View and download Remapdb invoices

Back in Remapdb, Invoice history lists your custom Remapdb invoices. View invoice opens the document, with your business details, subscription charges, tax, and total. The download button beside the invoice saves the PDF for your records.

2:48 Account controls

Account settings also includes permanent account deletion. For billing questions, support can help. Your profile, subscription, and invoices are now all within reach.
