0:00 Launch checks and troubleshooting
Before sharing your website, check that customers can see the right vehicle, open its results, and reach your quote form. Here is a quick launch check, and where to look when something is missing.
0:16 Check website access
Start in Widget Installation. The website hosting the widget must be in your allowed list. If a domain error appears, compare the address in that message with these entries. A new subdomain or a local address with a different port may need its own entry.
0:32 Check the installation
Use the snippet from your own account, and install it only once on each page. Save and publish the page in your website editor. For WordPress, check the plugin connection instead. After an update, refresh the published page; if it still shows an old version, clear your website or plugin cache.
0:51 Check visible vehicles and language
In Settings, check the vehicle categories you offer. A category switched off here will not appear for your visitors. If a particular record is missing, also check its visibility in Customizations. For language differences, remember that automatic detection follows the visitor’s browser, rather than always using your default language.
1:11 Fix links that fail when reopened
Further down, Clean vehicle URLs needs a matching route on your website server. Without that route, a vehicle can work in the widget but its direct link can fail. If your site is not configured for clean paths, turn this off to use query links instead.
1:27 Open the vehicle link directly
Back on the published page, refresh to load the saved setting. The engine selector lets us check another vehicle result. Its address now uses a query link. Reopen that address directly: the same vehicle and results load, ready to bookmark or share.
1:44 Check quote delivery settings
In Quoting, Enable quoting controls whether customers can request a quote. Check the recipient address carefully: this is where your team receives enquiries. The preview shows the form, but submitting in the preview does not send emails. Use your published website for an end-to-end test.
2:02 Check services before launch
Check the services you actually offer. With pricing off, these amount fields are disabled; the availability switches still work. If you enable pricing, fill in your rates or disable unwanted items. An enabled price of zero really means zero, so do not leave it there by accident.
2:20 Check the published quote form
On the website, open Request a quote and check that the expected fields and services are present. Before launch, send a test request with an email address you control, then confirm receipt in your team inbox and any enabled customer auto-reply. Check spam folders too.
2:38 Get help with a specific issue
If something still fails, open Support. Include the exact page address, the error message, and the steps that caused it. That gives the team a clear starting point. With access, vehicle links, and your quote journey checked, your website is ready to share.
