0:00 Widget quoting

Widget quoting connects a vehicle enquiry to your team. This demonstration follows the form settings, a customer request, and the emails received by the tuner and customer. Available features depend on your plan.

0:19 Control quote availability

The quoting switch controls whether customers can request a quote. Turning it off pauses enquiries; turning it back on restores the form with its saved settings.

0:29 Quote inbox and customer details

The quote inbox is where your team receives customer enquiries. It can be different from your account email, so requests reach the people who handle them. Location, registration and VIN help your team identify the customer and vehicle. Optional extras and additional information capture the requested work and existing modifications. These controls let each business decide how much information its form collects.

0:56 Estimated pricing

Pricing gives customers an initial estimate in your selected currency. Service prices and optional extras are managed separately. The preview shows the selected service price, while your team keeps control of the final quote after reviewing the vehicle. File uploads let customers include supporting documents, photos or logs. Dealer settings connect enquiries to your network. Dealer management and service pricing each have their own demonstrations.

1:26 Instructions on the form

A custom message adds guidance directly above the request controls. It can explain which details your team needs, such as existing modifications, helping customers send a more useful enquiry. Saving the message updates the wording in the preview.

1:42 A recognisable acknowledgement

Auto-reply acknowledges an enquiry while your team prepares a response. The sender name helps customers recognise your business. The subject identifies the quote request in their inbox, making the acknowledgement easy to find later.

1:58 Personalised email content

The email template combines your wording with placeholders for the customer, vehicle and request. Those placeholders become the actual submitted details. The sending address is separate from the display name; domain assistance is available when needed.

2:14 The customer’s journey

On this example website, visitors explore the tuning services, find their vehicle and open its remap results. The quote form carries that selected vehicle into the enquiry, so the tuner knows which vehicle the request concerns.

2:30 Contact and vehicle information

The form collects contact details so the tuner can follow up, along with the vehicle information enabled by the business. The phone field includes a country code. Customers can describe their own requirements rather than starting a separate conversation to explain the basics.

2:49 Options and the price breakdown

Customers can combine a service with optional work. The estimate changes with their selections. The information icon shows the service, selected extras and total, with a reminder that the final quote depends on the tuner’s review.

3:05 Send the enquiry

Submitting the form sends this request to the tuner. The confirmation tells the customer that it has been received. This demonstration uses a test inbox to show the actual generated emails.

3:18 The tuner receives the request

The tuner’s email contains the customer’s contact details, vehicle, chosen service, options and additional information. The reply address points back to the customer, making it straightforward to continue the conversation and prepare a quote.

3:33 The customer receives confirmation

The customer receives the acknowledgement with the business name and saved subject. Their name, vehicle and request details have replaced the placeholders. This confirms the enquiry details while the customer waits for the tuner’s response.
