Choose Request help under Widget code installation. Enter the website address, scroll inside the form to Details and describe where the widget should appear. The recording enters https://example.com/tuning and asks to add the vehicle widget below the tuning page heading. Review the completed details, submit and see the native Request received confirmation. This recording uses the real Support view with fictional account details and an illustrative available support state. The request is submitted to an isolated local endpoint; no live support ticket or email is sent. Support channels and assistance depend on your plan; live chat is available through the app when included.
