0:00 Support and assistance
Support brings the available help channels together. The page shows whether the team is online, its working hours, and the usual response time. Available assistance depends on your plan.
0:18 Guides, status and chat
The Help center provides guides and troubleshooting. Services status helps identify wider outages. Live chat is available with eligible plans; the support request form is also available when you need to send details for review.
0:33 Widget installation assistance
For code installation, the request asks for your website address and the exact page or section where the widget belongs. This gives the team the context needed to help with placement.
0:45 WordPress assistance
WordPress has a separate installation request. Include the website and any setup details. The linked guide explains temporary access if you want the team to handle installation. Use temporary access rather than sharing your regular password.
1:01 Styling assistance
Styling help is for a design you cannot achieve yourself, or a finish that needs custom CSS. Include the website, the desired changes, and any brand references. The branding configurator covers most everyday adjustments.
1:16 Custom email domain assistance
Custom email domain assistance helps quote auto-replies come from your business address. The form collects that address, the sender name, and details for domain verification and DNS setup.
1:29 Choose a request category
For a general question or problem, open Contact support. Choose the category that matches the issue, from technical support to billing or API help. Your signed-in account identifies the reply address.
1:43 Describe the issue clearly
A useful subject names the problem. The description includes the affected page, the steps to reproduce it, what you expected, and what actually happened. Browser and device details help the team investigate.
1:57 Add useful evidence
The attachment control accepts supporting files. A screenshot or relevant diagnostic details can make the issue clearer. Remove passwords, API secrets, and unrelated customer information before sending.
2:11 Submit and receive confirmation
Submit sends the request for review. Wait for Request received before leaving. The confirmation shows the email address for the reply and the usual one-to-three-business-day response window.
2:24 Continue with the right context
Keep an eye on that inbox and include any requested details in your reply. A clear request gives the team the context to help you move forward.
