0:00 Manage dealers and the locator

Your dealer network connects customers with the right branch. One shared list supplies the quote form and your website’s interactive locator.

0:14 Enable your dealer network

Enabling dealers adds branch selection to quotes. Manage dealers keeps contact details and locations together, so your team maintains one record for each branch.

0:25 Create a dealer

Each branch has a name, an enquiry email and a phone number. Its street, city, postal code and country help customers find the right location. An extra address line and region are available when needed. These details are reused wherever the branch appears.

0:43 Find the branch on the map

Find on map opens the location picker for this address. The pin can be adjusted to the correct entrance. Saving the location fills latitude and longitude together; those coordinates can also be entered directly when you already have the exact position.

0:59 Save the branch and preview it

The saved branch is now marked for the dealer map. In the quote preview, choosing it reveals the address and phone number. Customers get useful branch details before sending an enquiry; the settings preview itself sends no email.

1:14 Keep branch details current

Editing a dealer updates its shared record. Here the phone number changes. The address and map position can also be updated when a branch moves. After saving, the quote preview shows the new number. The website uses that same record, keeping contact details consistent.

1:35 Choose a branch on your website

On the website, Request a Quote includes branch selection and the saved contact details. The map lets customers explore the location and choose a branch without leaving the quote form.

1:50 Control the quote map button

The Dealers map setting controls this button. Switching it off keeps branch selection available; switching it back on restores the interactive map. This lets you decide how customers choose their location.

2:03 WordPress dealer map shortcode

The WordPress plugin includes a Dealers Map tab with a preview and a ready-to-use shortcode. Copying it lets you place the same dealer network on a dedicated page.

2:15 Publish the shortcode

A Shortcode block adds the locator to this page. Saving publishes the shared dealer list and interactive map. HTML embed code is also available when your website needs it.

2:27 Explore the published map

The published locator shows the branch list beside the working map. Selecting a branch connects its details with its pin. Customers can filter by country and access the branch’s contact details, helping them find a convenient location.

2:42 Remove a branch

When a branch leaves the network, Delete dealer asks for confirmation. Removing it updates the list and quote preview, so customers can no longer select that branch. This keeps closed locations out of new enquiries. Keep branch contacts and map positions current, and check quote routing before launch. Next, services and pricing.
